Mamuka Katsitadze: So-called Carousels Are Witnessed in Tbilisi and Kutaisi

Mamuka Katsitadze, the head of the election headquarter of the Presidential Candidate, Davit Gamkrelidze, reported that elections are going on under violations in Samtskhe-Javakheti region.

More precisely, Xerox machine does not work at the polling stations # 21 in Aspindza district and polling station # 26 in Akhalkalaki district; it is serious violation.

Katsitadze claimed that observers of the New Rights were not allowed into the building of the Akhalkalaki Precinct Election Commission the day before yesterday.

Serious problems were observed in the village of Ude in Aspindza district. There, people make statements in favor of one of presidential candidates.
Katsitadze pointed out that the posters of presidential candidates were not removed from the polling stations and he personally demanded commission members to remove the photo of Mikheil Saakashvili in Saburtalo District Polling Station # 66.

Besides that, the head of Gamkrelidze’s supportive HQ said that carousel method of voting is witnessed in Tbilisi and Kutaisi.
