City Court Discussion of “Maestro’s Suit Reopened

Today, at 1:00 PM bureau of administrative cases within Tbilisi City Court will discuss the appeal of the TV Company “Maestro” against the Georgian National Communication Commission.

The court will explore the evidence during the review process and supposedly, the final verdict will be announced sometime later today.

“Maestro” requests to cancel the decision of the National Commission of Communications based on which the TV Company was refused to receive a new license In addition, the TV Company requests the license for producing and transmitting social-political programs be issued.
