Does Lagodekhi District Administration Artificial Jack up Human Resources?

December 3, 2008

Lagodekhi based non-governmental organizations accuse local authority for artificial increasing the level of human resources and for recruiting non-professionals in the local administration

Representatives of the NGO “Center for Strategic Research and Development”, the staff of the folklore museum of local culture has been funded for eight years but in fact the museum does not actually function. “The exhibits are not exhibited because they are locked away in storage. The museum does not have its own building. Currently they shelter in the building which is half-destroyed and it is impossible to effectively work there. Regardless, the personnel of the museum continue increasing on a permanent basis.”

The museum is not working and this fact is not denied by the Lagodekhi district administration either. As for artificial increase of the personnel, the cultural department of the district administration categorically denies such a serious allegation.
