Population of Tsnori District Blamed “Kakheti Electricity Distribution Company” for Doubled Taxes

The population of a small town Tsnori in Signagi district blamed “Kakheti Electricity Distribution Company” for doubling the electricity bills. The subscribers reported that Tsnori service center of “Kakheti Electricity Distribution Company” would cut off the electricity if subscribers do not pay illegally extended bills to the Electricity Company.

The inhabitants reported, that “Kakheti Electricity Distribution Company” blame old electricity meters for the misunderstanding. Tsnori population asked for help to the local government, but in vain.

Paata Mosiashili, the manager of Tsnori service center of “Kakheti Electricity Distribution Company” denied all charges. But he agreed that there were some problems about counting used electricity. “This issue cannot be solved till August”, Mosiashvili reported.
