Judge at the Batumi City Court was arrested when he was taking a bribe. Merab Kozmava is blamed for taking the bribe of 3 thousand USD. The judge was arrested by the officers of the Constitutional Security Department in his office. The Human Rights Center was reported that the attorney handed Kozmava the sum. The name of the attorney is not reported yet.
