The Trial of Levan Gogichaishvili Postponed

The Tbilisi City Court postponed the trial of Levan Gogichaishvili, one of the activists of non-parliamentary opposition to Friday.

Levan Gogichaishvili is accused of injuring Davit Lezhava, 17.

The incident occurred in Tskneti (a village near Tbilisi) on June 9, 2009 on a birday of Irina Batiashvili, a daughter of famous politicians Irakli Batiashvili.  Several young persons had an argument during which Davit Lezhava as injured.
The law enforcers arrested Levan Gogichaishvili in June, 2009.
