Today Alexandre Nalbandov, Foreign Minister deputy, stated at a press-conference that 13 Georgian citizens were arrested and they were in the immigration camp: “Their health conditions are fine, they feel well and have everything they need. We had permanent contact with them over the weekend”. According to his information, the company Laplata which owned the ship, has hired a lawyer for the arrested Georgians. The lawyer will meet the government of the Philippines today. “The Company Laplata does its best in cooperation with us, to have the detained Georgians released as soon as possible”, Nalbandov stated.
