Drivers of Mini-Buses in Kutaisi Started New Protest Rally in front of Kutaisi City Hall

Today, drivers of the mini-buses held new protest rally in front of the Kutaisi City Hall. The organizer of the rally is Trade Union of Transport of Georgia. Today, drivers opposed the single mandate MP Akaki Bobokhidze.

The drivers state Kutaisi Mayor Nugzar Shamugia cut down the number of the mini-buses at half yesterday though so-called prestigious itineraries were not reduced.

The drivers named some itineraries which belong to MP Akaki Bobokhidze.

Kutaisi Nugzar Shamugia replied to their accusations and said that the government is not going to surrender and everything is done in accordance to the resolution of the municipality board.
