Ina Gudavadze Made a Statement about the Information Published in Georgian Media

November 17, 2009

The widow of the late businessman Badri Patarkatsishvili Ina gudavadze released special statement about the information published in Georgian media. According to her statement, false information is spread about her in Georgian media recently.
“I was not replying to the dirty PR campaign against me consciously, but the last information was beyond all limits. Thus I consider it is my responsibility to make statement in order to provide the society with correct information. I underscore that there is no criminal case launched against me in any countries of the world and I have not appealed to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Russia (or other institution) for help. I really do not have idea who stands behind this information. However, it doubtfully coincided with the submitting new proofs to the English Court, about falsification of the will of my husband Badri Patarkatsishvili and about the role of Joseph Key in this process. Our lawyers will send these materials to the Georgian Court and people can see it.

“I would like to add that the abovementioned proofs turned out enough for the English Court to sequester the property of Joseph Key which released warrant on the search of his office. My family and I achieved justice in many courts of the world and restored our control on the most of our shares, which were appropriated by swindlers after the death of my husband. This fact encourages me to announce that in near future me and my family will restore funding of the charity projects which were seized temporarily on 12 February 2008,” stated Ina Gudavadze in her statement.
