Police Detained 85-Year-Old Man for Explosion in Social Agency

Gurjaani district police detained 85-year-old Lado Sinjikashvili as a suspect for the explosion in Gurjaani office of Social Agency.

According to Kakheti Region Main Department of MIA, the case is launched under Article 187, Part II of the Criminal Code of Georgia.

According to the Social Service Agency, Sinjikashvili lives too wealthy to get social allowance.

The explosion in Social Agency happened on January 21. The citizen set fire by throwing a bottle of petrol into the office. Leila Murakashvili, the head of the department was slightly burnt.
