James Apaturay: “Reportage of TV company “Imedi” was Unreasonable and Useless”

NATO evaluates “simulated chronicle” as useless. According to “Ria Novost” official representative of the alliance James Appathurai stated about this. According to him, the TV-reportage of Imedi TV was unreasonable and useless.

“NATO cannot evaluates it positively”- remarked Appathurai. The official representative of the NATO stated it before the meeting between President of Georgia, Mikheil Saakashvili, and Secretary General of NATO, Anders Fogh Rasmussen. The meeting is planned within the congress of the “European People’s Party” in Brussels.

“The simulated reportage” which was released on March 13 in TV-program of “Imedi” “Kronika” introduced the events of June 7, 2010 as if opposition lost elections, revolted, Russia used this for its benefit and annexed Georgia. Information was released about the assassination of the President and about Georgian army leaving their positions and supporting the enemy.

According to the TV-company “Imedi”, some opposition parties helped Russia in the annexation.
