Opposition Parties Request to Annul Election Results in Polling Station # 4 in Senaki

Only 42 % of the 46 436 voters took part in the municipal elections in Senaki. Representatives of the Labor Party and Alliance for Georgia request to annul the election results in the polling station # 4. They said that voter Galktion Gersamia, who was registered in the additional list, was allowed to vote in the polling station.

The voters’ lists were pasted outside the building in the polling station # 3; the lists were taken into the building after the observers noted the violation and filed a complaint.

The members of the Labor Party and Alliance for Georgia spoke about high number of the mini-buses which transported the supporters of the National Movement. In Senaki, these mini-buses had signs of number 5 that was propaganda of the ruling party.

In the polling station # 22 in Akhalsopeli village the voters saw number 5 in the booth. The observer of the Christian-Democrat Movement noticed the poster and filed a complaint.
