Tskhiinvali Regime Released One Georgian Citizen and Arrested Another One

June 8, 2010
Citizen of Georgia Nugzar Takadze, who was arrested by Russian occupants in Akhalgori district several days ago, is free now. The News Agency “Res” reported about it.

According to the so-called security state committee of the Tskhinvali regime, Takadze was evicted from the territory of South Ossetia and was transferred to the Georgian side. They also stated that people still continue to cross the “state border”.

“On June 6, one more person was detained in the village of Kaleti in Znauri district for the illegal crossing of border. More precisely, they detained the resident of Kareli district born in 1971 Tariel Jeiranashvili. Since he did not have documents during the detention, the border service department of South Ossetia tries to estimate his identity. Corresponding documents are being prepared to send to the court,” said the officials of the de-facto security service department.

Takadze, born in 1960, was detained near the village of Kitiuli in Akhalgori district on June 3 and was transferred to Ossetian separatists.
