High Ranking Officials Sacrificed to Special Operation

Famous special operation, carried out by the ministry of internal affairs in the beginning of May, resulted in firing the high-ranking officials of the Constitutional Security Department and Special Operative Department in Western Georgia.

Reportedly, the incident is connected with the unleashing of the narcotic-cartel scheme and discovery of 1 700 000 Euro in the house of the Bochorishvilis in the village of Tkachiri in Tskaltubo district.

According to the scheme, famous influential criminal Nugzar Bochorishvili was sending narcotics from the USA which was hidden in the car-details and iron-scrap and was later sold. According to the spread information, the regional leaders of the abovementioned departments had information about the organized crime before the special operation.

As a result of the special operation of the MIA, the law enforcement officers arrested the members of the gang in Tbilisi too.
