The building, where 14 IDPs live, was reconstructed several months ago. The IDPs discontent with the reconstruction state that their rights were breached. The Tbilisi based building company “Dagma” was reconstructing the building. Now IDPs request to improve the faults made in the reconstruction. “The rain is leaking into the roof. I have one room and I am moving furniture from one to another place to protect them from rain. Everything has got damp. During the rain I cannot enter my room. They finished reconstruction several months ago and now we have worse situation than we had before,” said the IDP.
