Human Rights organizations protest against restrictions on freedom of expression

On November 25, at 12.00pm the Human Rights Center, the South Caucasus Network of Human Rights Organizations and other NGOs will stage a silent protest in front of the Parliament of Georgia.      
The protest will be expressed against restrictions on freedom of expression, in particular against the arbitrary detention of “7 November” movement activists by patrol police on November 23.
Some 30 human rights organizations of the South Caucasus Network from Georgia, Armenia and Azerbaijan as well as the Norwegian human rights defenders will take part in the action.

The South Caucasus Network will issue a special statement in this regard
