Complaint filed against Kokoit in the Office of General Prosecutor of Russia

The team of “Moscowian Prime-minister of South Osettia” submitted a complaint against Eduard Kokoit in the General Prosecutor’s Office in Russia, the Russian media sources report.
The Russian specialists from separatist Republic blamed Eduard Kokoit and his surroundings in corruption. According to the information of newspaper “Komersant,” the material has already been presented to the Office of General Prosecutor.
According to the ex-director of the construction company for restoration of houses in South Ossetia, the materials refer to the crimes perpetrated by the South Ossetian authorities.
According to Kirimov, after receiving 870 rubles from Moscow, Kokoit administration advised him not to hurry to distribute money, but he did not follow the advice and divided the money between the construction companies as it was planned.
According to him, on December 26th, while on Christmas holiday, he was not even in Vladikavkaz when the Kokoit administration threatened to blow up the plane which he was going to take. On January 10th, Kokoiti made a statement as though Karimov ran away and he does not care about the fate of Ossetian people.
According to Kirimov, when he came back to Tskhinvali, the issue of the money distribution was already being discussed: “Kokoit and his administration did their best to hinder the work of the construction companies. He blocked the yielding of works to the state, later, all the documentation regarding the implemented works, practically, disappeared.”
Kirimov blames Zurab Kabisov, a close person for Kokoit administration in performing the tasks of Kokoiti.
The director of beer factory “Aluton” Ruslan Sharipov states that after restoration of beer factory in Leningrad and covering 70% of the South Osettian market by the factory production, he and his team has been morally and physically oppressed. Like Kirimov, Sharipov also submitted complaint against Kokoit to the Office of General Prosecutor of Russia.
Russian specialists blame Eduard Kokoit and his surroundings in the wrong distribution of money and creating corruptive schemes for money appropriation.
On his side, Kokoit blames the assistant of the Minister of Regional Development of Russia, Roman Panov, the head of the intergovernmental commission for restoration of South Osettia in creating the corruptive schemes. Kokoit asserts that Vadim Brotsvev surroundings played an active role in creating the corruptive schemes.
According to “Komersant” explanation, the complaint has already been filed in the Office of General Prosecutor in Russia and the investigation group will soon start its work.
