Regarding the occurred, law-enforcement officials conducted search in his house and confiscated Karabini type legally purchased gun.
“Later law-enforcement officials stated as if they found combatant cartridge in the gun and filed the criminal law case against me based on this. I presented the notice confirming that I bought the so-called “combatant cartridge” legally in the gun store LLC “Diana.” But they did not give my gun back. Four days before elections, at night, in the yard of my house, unidentified person fired three times. I personally informed police about this, but the law-enforcement officials did not react on this. No criminal case has been filed regarding this fact,” – stated party co-member of Noghaideli.
