Abkhazian Citizen Still Missing

November 8, 2010
On November 2nd, in the occupied Gali, the meeting of working groups created in the frameworks of incident prevention and reaction program ended without result.

As the head of Georgian delegation, director of MIA information-analytical department Shota Utiashvili stated this meeting ended earlier than planned and no conversation took place on none of the preliminary planned issues.

The only issue that the parties talked about was missing Abkhazian Gari Jopua. As Shota Utiashvili states he is ethnically Abkhazian Georgian citizen who disappeared at the administrative border and other details are unknown. According to him, because of halting the meeting earlier than planned, this issue was not thoroughly discussed.

Utiashvili did not specify what was the reason of stopping the meeting.
