Twelvth Graders are Asked to Write an Essay entitled “I love My Police”

12th graders in Kakheti public schools were asked to write an essay entitled “I love My Police”. According to the Kakheti Information Center, the request for the essays was made by teachers of Georgian language and literature.

According to the teachers, “I love My Police” is a contest initiated   by the Georgian Ministry of Education and Science. The students with the best essay will be awarded.

The school principals emphasized that the school resource center should receive as many good essays as possible, according to the teachers.

The head of the Gurjaani Educational Resource Center Lali Gabitashvili states that  participation in the contest is voluntary and any  student who refuses to write an essay will not be punished.
