“Tbilisi Hamkari” and Opposition Party Representatives Protesting Against the Cutting Down of Trees at Dinamo Tennis-Courts

Organization Tbilisi Hamkari and the representatives of opposition parties are protesting against the cutting down of trees at Dinamo tennis-courts.

The head of Hamkari Aleko Elisashvili along with the Conservative party member Lasha Chkhartishvili and the member of People’s Party Aleko Shalamberidze held a protest rally at Tbilisi City Hall where they brought the photos picturing the cut down trees.

As Aleko Elisashvili stated, the tennis-court territory is recreational zone and 200 trees have been cut down without permission. According to him, at the place of cut down trees theey are planning to build “the house with glasses.”

Lasha Ckhartishvili blamed government in ecocide.
