The documents are registered in the Public Registry with 5-minute intervals and the obligation of issuing the office space is undertaken by the same restaurant,” – explains Khidasheli.

According to him, “As a result of the corresponding corruptive plan the winner companies are artificially raising prices on the services, are persecuting small businessmen and driving them out of the market. Consequently the income of oligarchs and the level of poverty rise.”
