Minister will Determine Amount of Bailiff’s Service Payment

February 3, 2011
The amount of payment for the bailiff’s services will supposedly be determined by the Minister of Education and Science.

This right is granted to the Minister according to the amendments adapted to the Law on Education. According to the draft law, the school is obligated to sign an agreement with the legal entity of public law - the Service of Bailiff of Education Department.

According to the corresponding agreement the school will be paying for the service of bailiff.

According to the above mentioned amendments, the service of bailiff will operate in both public and private schools, as well as in professional institutions. Consequently, the bailiff service will be called the Bailiff Service of Educational Institutions.

The government is the initiator of the draft law. It will be discussed in parliament in the near future.
