Alphabet Tower Will Cost 60 Million GEL in Batumi

The amount of money to be invested in the construction of the Alphabet Tower in Batumi was reported. The government of Georgia intends to fund the project with 60 million GEL. In addition, the government requested the building company to finish the construction in the restricted period of time. More than 8 million GEL is planned to be spent on the reconstruction of historical districts and on the development of tourist infrastructure in Batumi.

We kindly remind you that the Alphabet Tower will be set up in the boulevard on the seashore in Batumi. Alphabet signs will be embossed on the 130-meter-high tower. Cafes, restaurants, observatory and TV-Studio will be placed on the top of the tower. The tower will make one complete roll within one hour and visitors will have to view the entire Batumi from the tower.
