The Hague Court to Publish Decision on Russian-Georgian Hearing On April 1

The International Court of Hague will publish its decision on Russian-Georgian hearing on April 1. The official website of the court reports about it.

The Georgia vs Russia case is about violation of all forms of racial discrimination. The open session in The Hague Court is scheduled at 10:00 am on April 1 in the Peace Palace. The President of the International Court of Justice Judge Hisashi Owada will read the decision personally.

Georgia accuses Russia of discrimination of ethnic Georgian people in Abkhazia and Tskhinvali region together with the local separatist government. The suit covers two wars in 1990-2008.
