Elbyt Systems Confirms Georgia Has to Pay $100 Million

April 26, 2011
Elbyt Systems confirms that Georgia has to pay $100 million to the company, head of Israeli company Dalia Rozen told InterPressNews about it.

“I officially confirm that Georgia has to pay $ 100 million to our company and we filed a lawsuit in London Court”, Rozen noted.

She didn’t comment to the question of InterPressNews whether Israel turned off the systems on armament provided to Georgia. She says that any information besides the press release is “a mere speculation”.

“I cannot comment on these issues. You can read our press-release. Any information beyond the press-release is a mere speculation,” said Rozen.

Press release of Elbyt Systems read a month ago that Georgia had to pay $100 million on delivering drone aircrafts and armament. Georgian Ministry of Foreign Affairs categorically denied that Georgia owes the company.
