Personnel Reduction at Adjara Enforcement Bureau

11 employees of the Adjara Enforcement Bureau were dismissed based on their appliocations. Head of Bureau Mirian Kharabadze said the dismissed colleagues could not catch up with the reformed new system.

Mirian Kharabadze, head of Adjara and Guria Regional Enforcement Bureau: “The reform is being implemented in all enforcement bureaus of the Ministry of Justice that is oriented on rapid and effective service for our population. We now use electronic program of case management. We intensively cooperate with the institution personnel in this direction who cannot easily catch up with the new method of working; unfortunately, we will have to part with similar colleagues.”

Dismissed enforcement officer Jambul Dzirkvadze told us he left work based on his personal decision.

17 people worked at Adjara and Guria regional enforcement bureau in total.
