Activists of Georgian Dream did not Show up in Kareli Local Government

March 14, 2012

On March 13th 15 members of political organization Georgian Dream: Soso Sazandrishvili, Giorgi Mchdlishvili, Zviad Gogichashvili, Giorgi Maisuradze, Natia Gogichashvili and others were summoned to Kareli local government. Like the activists from other regions, they received invitation from the deputy head of Financial Monitoring Service Giorgi Amiranashvili as well.

As the member of the party Giorgi Tinikashvili states none of the activists came to the interrogation. Giorgi Tinikashvili states that they were asked to “converse” and that they do not have to do that.

The summon order came to the owner of office of Georgian Dream Shota Gogichashvili as well. As Shota Gogichashvili states to Kartli Information Center, for four hours he has been interrogated and questioned absolutely about everything: why he rented out his place to organization Georgian Dream? Why to Georgian Dream and not to someone else? Also if money has been transferred to his account? Also if any kind of financial transaction has been made to his account? Also questions have been asked in detail about his family members. As he states, this place is officially registered under his wife and cannot understand how come he was summoned to the department.
