There is deficiency of bread in grocery shops of Kakheti region. Individual entrepreneurs said the new regulations of the Revenue Service Department caused the problem which obliges distributors to fill in electronic invoice for the supplied products.
“Not every entrepreneur has computer; some of them has but does not have internet and cannot fill in online invoices and send them to the revenue department. We sell bread only in bakeries,” the bakers’ owners said.
The revenue department clarified that distributers can fill in the online invoice within 48 hours.
“Having filled in the online invoice, the document gets activated (by indicating the transportation time); afterwards the online invoice receives unique number. After distribution procedures are over, in case of desire, the data about purchaser is added to the document and the online invoice is closed. With the online invoice entrepreneurs will have chance to use less human resources and time. With the innovation, the purchaser will have chance to arrange his/her registration, to maximally spare time and reduce risk of mistakes and ensure safety of the information,” the Revenue Department commented.
Entrepreneurs have been requested to use online invoices since April 1, 2012. Before that, ordinary non-strict registration form existed and any person could write invoice information on sheet of paper.
