Salaries Paid in Cash Not To Be Expenditure Except Several Circumstances

April 20, 2012

Amendments are drafted for the Tax Code. If they are passed, salaries distributed in cash will no longer be considered to be expenditure except several cases.

Particularly, the Minister of Finances will estimate the cases when salaries paid in cash are deducted from the expenditure of general income.

According to the draft-law, the amendments are drafted for the Article 106 of the Tax Code which lists expenditures which are not deducted from the general income.

A new paragraph will be added to the list which will state that expenditure of salaries paid in cash will not be deducted from the general income except the cases estimated by the Minister of Finances.
