Four Activists Left National Movement in Khoni

September 25, 2012

On September 21 four activists of National Movement joined the Khoni regional branch of the coalition Georgian Dream. Amiran Kintsurashvili was the leader of the youth wing of the Khoni branch of the National Movement. Avto Khobua, Akaki Kakauridze and Levan Japharidze joined in Amiran Kintsurashvili’s decision. They became members of Khoni branch of Georgian Dream and dressed in the coalition t-shirts.

These four young people made this decision after television channels spread news about violations in prisons.  Aleko Vekua-the coordinator of Georgian Dream Khoni organization said:”These people are actively involved working in our party and we all together will fight for fair elections.

The National Movement Khoni organization has not released a comment on this incident yet.
