People agitate by shouting “Besh-Besh” in number 18 polling station in Kabali

October 1, 2012

In the number 18 polling station in Kabali in Lagodehkhi people are shouting “Besh-Besh” in Azerbaijani language, which means number five. Human Rights Center observer informed ICK that Imran Amirakhov, an observer from the NGO Democratic Network is shouting “Besh-Besh” to the voters who are going to vote, which counts as illegal agitation.

Vakhtang Kapanadze, a representative of Human Rights Center, wrote a complaint about this event. Also other observers wrote two complaints at around 09:15 in the same polling station.

Tsiala Utiashvili, an observer from GYLA wrote a complaint about the fact that the ballot box isn’t visible for observers because it is located at the intersection of voting booths and the inner corridor in the 18th polling station of Lagodekhi district.

The third complaint was written by a Human Rights Center observer about the fact that the registration tables are standing very close to the wall and observers are unable to observe everything clearly.
