Kutaisi appeal court didn’t satisfy Georgian Dream’s claim

Administrative chamber of Kutaisi appeal court discussed the complaint of Sopo Buskivadze who was representative of Georgian Dream in Terjola DEC N49. She wanted to annul results of special polling station number 34.

“This polling station was created to guarantee that government would have gained 900 votes on the Election Day. When I was commander here, this of the village was training polygon of the Simoneti village with 12 personnel units,” said Paata Gogiashvili former commander of the polygon.

After one hour hearing, Judge Gocha Abuseridze did not satisfy Georgian Dream’s appeal and upheld the results of the Regional Commission of Terjola.

Allies of the National Movement’s majoritarian candidate Kakha Butskhrikidze attended the trial process. Those people are Aleko Dolakidze head of supply service of the Western Georgian Army and Roland Meskhi director of Zestaponi Tskalkanali (Water Distribution Company).
