National Movement’s Members Did not Pay Salaries to Coordinators in Khoni

National Movement did not pay promised salaries to coordinators in Khoni district. Local administration of the political party selected one coordinator in each village who were ordered to agitate in favor of the party and their majoritarian candidate.

Coordinators were ordered to organize meetings of the district majoritarian candidate with voters which were held in several places every day. Coordinators had to bring their neighbors to the meetings. For this job, the UNM promised coordinators to pay single 200 lari. In parallel to it, micro-coordinators also worked who had to receive single 100 lari.

According to the promise, the coordinators had to receive the salary before elections. However, they still wait for the reimbursement of their work.
