Public Monitoring Group Members Visited Former Employees of MIA in Penitentiary Establishment

Members of Public Monitoring Group of Penitentiary Establishments visited former employees of MIA in Gldani Prison # 8 – Vasil Jamalashvili, 18, Giorgi Javakhadze, 21, and Beka Kvaratskhelia, 33.

All three detainees told monitoring group members that they do not have health problems and complaints against prison administration. Monitoring group members believe the detainees are safe in the establishment.

Central heating is on in the cell where prisoners are placed; the cell has a window; ventilation system, toilet and tap work properly. The detainees meet their lawyers in the working hours without any obstacles.
