Gia Gachechiladze: “I should not have used remote control devise of another person”

November 28, 2012

Leader of the Green Party and member of the parliamentary majority Gia Gachechiladze said he had breached the regulations by using his colleagues’ remote control devise in the parliament.

“We do not have fixed seats in the session hall. Somebody was sitting next to me and I did not notice who it was. He was standing nearby and talking on the phone. We were about to ballot on the ratification of international agreements and he asked me to push button instead him; I did what he requested and media “caught” me at that moment. It is serious violation and I should not have done it,” said Gachechiladze.
