November 28, 2012

Restrictions will be fixed on the realization of sexual products and it will be punished under administrative law in some trading centers and near some institutions.

With the initiative of the parliamentary committee on European integration relevant amendments will be introduced to the Administrative Code and realization of sexual products shall be fined with 100 lari in the shops for children’s clothes and toys.

Realization of these products is prohibited near schools and institutions/organizations working for the children under 18. If similar shop is located within 50 meters of similar institutions, it will be fined with 50 lari. If sexual product is sold to adults under 18, the action will be fined with 100 lari.
