Prosecutor’s Office Requests to Bail Giorgi Sibashvili with 50 000 lari

Kakheti regional prosecutor’s office requests to impose bail of 50 000 lari on Giorgi Sibashvili as a preventive measure. Prosecutor Khvicha Begiashvili informed Information Center of Kakheti about it.

Telavi district court will renew discussion of former deputy governor’s case at 12:00 pm today and will make decision on the preventive measure.

Investigative service of the Ministry of Finance imposed charge on Giorgi Sibashvili yesterday. The investigative service blames him in the abuse of professional authority and illicit misappropriation and waste of state property. Sibashvili does not plead guilty.
