Chairman of Parliament Talked About the Activities Security Members

Davit Usupashvili, Chairman of Parliament had to make clarifications about the activities of his personal security guards with journalists. 

A journalist from TV-Company “Kavkasia” requested the Parliament Chairman to comment on the aforementioned issue. According to him, one of the security guards physically assaulted his college and slapped in the face.  

“When I follow me with microphones, my security members are obliged to protect me. I appeal to all of you: guards, journalists, citizens-defend order. We are all obliged to defend order. When I step up now, you will follow me and I will need protection from these people. So we should be careful and act correctly,” Davit Usupashvili stated.

The security guard member also interfered in the conversation and said he did not touch journalist and it was an incident.
