Civil Movement to Support Giorgi Margvelashvili

Civil movement was established in Kutaisi to support presidential candidate of the Georgian Dream Giorgi Margvelashvili. Artists, writers and public figures from Kutaisi joined it. The meeting of the movement was organized in the Kutaisi office of the Georgian Dream Democratic Georgia on September 26.

“With the establishment of the movement, we confirm that we are together to protect our future.  We support Giorgi Margvelashvili and believe that he will be the best president of Georgia,” chairwoman of the Georgian Culture Heritage Foundation Irma Petriashvili said at the meeting.

Former mayor of Kutaisi Dimitry Kopalyani was initiator to set up civil movement in support of Giorgi Margvelashvili.
