So-called two special PSs were added to 104 polling stations functioning in Batumi DEC for 2013 Presidential Elections. Those PSs were opened in Tevdore Mgvdeli Str # 27 and in Adlia. There were four special PSs in Batumi DEC during 2012 Parliamentary Elections.

Batumi DEC Chairman Kakhaber Jayani said no more applications were submitted to the commission with the request to open special precincts. “We do not decide how many PSs shall function in the district. Only two applications were filed about special PCs and we opened them.”
