Administrative Fine Imposed on Commission Chairperson, Deputy Chairperson and Secretary in Lanchkhuti

Two representatives of the Georgian dream accompanied the mobile ballot box in Precinct # 6 in Lanchkhuti taken to the voters, who could not come to the precinct. During the lot, UNM members refused to follow the ballot box. In similar case, the DEC representative had to participate in the lot but he did not participate in the lot. A complaint was written on the fact and DEC Chairman decided to impose administrative fine on the commission chairperson, deputy chair and secretary. The ballot papers dropped in the mobile box will not be annulled. In accordance to the election law, two representatives of one political party cannot accompany the mobile box.
