Georgian Dream’s presidential candidate Margvelashvili had two observers in precincts # 31 and 94 in Khelvachauri DEC. Our observer Maka Malakmadze reported about this fact. “We asked the commission chairwoman at PS # 31 Rusudan Turmanidze, why one election subject had two observers in one polling station. She said it is cold outside and allowed the second observer to enter the building. As for PS # 94, the commission chairperson eradicated the error after we interfered,” Malakmadze said.

In accordance to the election law, one election subject can have only one observer in one precinct.
