Already Marked Voters Appeared at Several Precincts in Kutaisi

Voter was already marked when arriving at the Precinct # 40 in Kutaisi; he is supporter of the United National Movement and employee of Kutaisi City Hall.

“It is natural that we could not allow already marked voter to take part in the polls for the second time. We responded to the fact and the voter immediately left the precinct,” chairperson of the PEC # 40 Robinzon Tsintskaladze told humanrights.ge 

Similar fact was observed in Precinct # 82 in Kutaisi. However, after observers reacted, the voter could not repeatedly participate in the polls and immediately left the precinct.
