Detainees for the Damage of Posters on Khanuka Day Fined with 100 Lari

People, detained for having damaged of posters on the Khanuka Holiday, were fined with 100 lari by the court.

Administrative Chamber at the Tbilisi City Court found Guram Palavandishvili and Davit Lortkipanidze guilty under the administrative law.

The court discussed protocols drawn up by the patrol police on the damage of posters and banners during the celebration of Khanuka Holiday in Tbilisi, for what people were arrested under administrative law for minor hooliganism. 

According to the materials provided in the case, clarifications of the parties and other circumstances the Court estimated violation of the administrative law by Guram Palavandishvili and Davit Lortkipanidze and found them guilty.

The judgment of the Tbilisi City Court can be appealed within ten days at the Tbilisi Appeal Court.
