Ekaterine Chakhvashvili, Kakheti
63-years-old man from Kistauri village, Akhmeta municipality, who had disappeared, was found dead recently. Attorney of the district governor in the village Zviad Mosiashvili notified humanrights.ge about it. He said the body of the man was found on the embankment of the Alazani River.
Rescue team and local population were looking for the missing man during several days; he got lost on November 18 and was found dead 10 days later.
MIA Akhmeta district department had launched investigation under Article 115 of the Criminal Code of Georgia. The expertise will estimate reason of the death.
