Lado Bitchashvili, Shida Kartli

Shida Kartli regional department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Gori district department of MIA, as a result of joint operative investigation activities, arrested Tinatin G. born in 1996, under murder charge in Gori.

On March 7, smoke was coming from the house of military servant Roman Bendianashvili, 39. Neighbors called patrol police. Initially the death of the military servant was evaluated as an incident but ten days later, on March 17, the MIA disseminated information. The investigation established that the detainee, being in the flat of her familiar military servant, poured sleeping pills into a cup of coffee, later she poured over the petrol in the flat, deliberately raised a fire, shut the door and disappeared from the scene. Apparently, the sleeping man was suffocated by a smoke. The relevant expertise is appointed. The investigation is in progress on the fact of premeditated murder (Article 108 of the Criminal Code of Georgia).

Mother of the accused girl said her daughter had psychic problems and received medicines. Two years ago she had attempted suicide. As the mother said, her daughter left home two years ago and she has not seen her since then.

The late military servant lived in the building of the narcological clinic in Gori.
