UNM Observer was expelled from Tkviavi precinct # 64

UNM observer was expelled from the Tkviavi village precinct # 64. The PEC chairman said the observer was expelled because he was video-recording the voters list. The UNM observer denied the accusation and claimed that he did not record the lists. Human Rights Center video-recorded how the observer was expelled from the precinct though he was not physically abused during the incident.
