On December 8, at 12:30 pm, in the conference hall of Human Rights House Tbilisi, Human Rights Center will hold press-conference about the constitutional lawsuit, where the organization requests the Constitutional Court of Georgia to declare the April 10, 2014 Decree # 55 of the Minister of Corrections of Georgia unconstitutional.
