On May 23, demonstration For Your Sake, For Your Safety was organized in Gori. The art school students painted the zebra crossings in Gori. The event was organized within framework of the Road Safety Campaign of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, which aims to raise public awareness about the road safety.
“We usually try to improve the situation in the field of road safety in the region and today’s demonstration with the participation of the students of the Gori Art School is another step forward to promote safe movement,” detective-investigator of the Shida Kartli regional police department Vakhtang Avazishvili said.
MIA organized similar events in different cities of Georgia in the frame of the Road Safety Campaign.
